Spring Mill Pharma, Inc., located in Southeast Pennsylvania, was formed by Dr. Daniel Pevear following the discontinuation of the discovery research efforts at Venatorx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2025. Spring Mill Pharma is focusing its research and development efforts on priority bacterial and viral pathogens posing high risk to human health. The mission of Spring Mill Pharma is to discover and develop innovative medicines for serious infectious diseases where treatment options remain limited.
